Adsvolt's platform issues making anyone else pull their hair out?
hey folks,
lately i've noticed some really strange platform issues poppin' up on Adsvolt. things just seem to be behaving a bit... erratically, especially with reporting metrics. it's almost like it had too much coffee this morning, hah.
anyone else faced this before?

Answered 18 hours ago- Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: A classic first step, but often effective. Sometimes, cached data can interfere with how the platform renders current information. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, or access Adsvolt from an incognito/private browsing window to see if the issue persists.
- Cross-Verify Data Sources: If you're running campaigns with external ad networks (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) or using a separate analytics tool (like Google Analytics, Matomo), compare the metrics there against what you're seeing in Adsvolt. This helps determine if the discrepancy is isolated to our platform or if it's a broader tracking integrity issue across your setup.
- Check Specific Timeframes and Filters: Does the erratic behavior occur across all date ranges, or is it limited to a specific period? Try adjusting your reporting period or applying different filters (e.g., by campaign, ad group, or geo) to see if the issue is tied to a particular segment of your data.
- Review Your Tracking Setup: Inaccurate or inconsistent reporting often stems from tracking implementation. Double-check your pixel placements, server postback URLs, and any other conversion tracking mechanisms you have in place. Ensure all parameters are being passed correctly and that there are no duplicate fires or missing events.
- Identify Specific Metrics: Are all metrics affected (clicks, impressions, conversions, costs), or just a select few? Pinpointing which metrics are behaving erratically can help narrow down the potential cause. For example, a discrepancy in conversion numbers might point to a postback issue, while overall traffic numbers might suggest a problem with the click tracker.

Answered 18 hours agoMD Alamgir Hossain Nahid, thanks for the detailed steps! Clearing my cache and double-checking the filters definitely helped sort out the erratic reporting for most campaigns. But now I'm seeing weird discrepancies just in the geo-targeting reports, like some regions are showing zero impressions when I know for a fact they're active.
