Beginner Laravel support help

Hey everyone, I'm completely new to Laravel development and just starting to learn the ropes.
I saw 'Laravel Quick Fix & Consultation' advertised, and I was wondering if it's suitable for very basic Laravel development support questions, or if it's more for advanced issues.
Could someone please guide me on how best to use the service if I'm just a beginner in Laravel development? Help a brother out please...
