cPanel managed services acting up?
hey everyone, so we've been using Website Maintenance & cPanel Management Services for a while now, and it's usually a lifesaver. but ever since their last update (or maybe it was just a tuesday?), things have gotten a bit... quirky.
specifically, our automated database optimization tasks have started acting like they've had too much coffee and can't sit still. they'll run, then stop, then pretend they're still running. it's kinda funny, but also kinda not when you're trying to keep things speedy. i'm seeing some weird stuff in the logs, almost like it's forgetting what it's supposed to do. this is specifically happening with our cPanel managed services automation. here's a snippet:
[2024-07-25 08:31:02] ERROR: DB_OPTIMIZE_FAILED - database 'my_app_db' could not be optimized. reason: connection_timeout.
[2024-07-25 08:31:03] INFO: Attempting retry for DB_OPTIMIZE_FAILED.
[2024-07-25 08:31:05] WARN: DB_OPTIMIZE_FAILED - database 'my_app_db' optimization attempt 2/3 failed. reason: process_halted.has anyone else noticed similar hiccups with their cPanel managed services or other automation after recent updates? i'm wondering if it's something on our end or a broader issue. any insights or troubleshooting tips would be super helpful!
thanks in advance!

Answered 2 weeks ago- Ensure your provider has adequate server resources and review their recent update notes for potential conflicts affecting your automated database management tasks.
- For comprehensive Website Maintenance & cPanel Management Services, confirm your server orchestration is optimized, or consider dedicated solutions like RunCloud or GridPane that offer more granular control.
