hey everyone, still wrestling with those pesky cPanel warnings from the last thread. we've tried a bunch of stuff, honest.

the main headache is the server load just won't quit, even after optimizing our site and DB. it's like it has a mind of its own, refusing to chill out.

any thoughts on what else could be causing such stubborn high server load numbers? what specific diagnostix should i be running to finally put this to rest? waiting for an expert reply.

Beyond typical site/DB optimization, "diagnostix" (or rather, diagnostics) should focus on identifying runaway PHP processes, heavy cron jobs, or external API calls; check your cPanel's `Resource Usage` and `Apache status` for clues on resource utilization. Optimizing your `PHP version` can also significantly help. Hope this helps your conversions!

Right, this kinda info just saved me from drafting another support ticket, seriously.
