cPanel support nightmare, help!

okay, i'm completely stuck and honestly, pretty desperate here. we run 'Website Maintenance & cPanel Management Services' and i've been pulling my hair out for hours over this recurring cPanel issue with one of our key client sites. it's impacting our service delivery and i just can't seem to get to the bottom of it.

the problem is this constant account suspension due to 'excessive resource usage' even when traffic isn't that high. it's like a ghost in the machine, popping up every few days, bringing their site down. i've checked disk space, optimized databases, even looked through the error logs for any obvious script issues but everything seems normal on our end. restarting services sometimes helps for a bit, but it always comes back. i've been back and forth with their hosting provider's basic support and they just give me generic advice, telling me to upgrade or optimize, which we already do! i really need some expert cPanel support here, someone who's seen this specific kind of phantom resource hog before. it's making our 'Website Maintenance & cPanel Management Services' look bad and i'm worried about losing the client. this is seriously urgent. waiting for an expert reply.
