Dynamic XML Sitemap for Laravel is Ghosting Google: Why is My Laravel SEO Not Updating?
Hey folks, I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out why my 'Dynamic XML Sitemap for Laravel & All Websites' product seems to be playing hide-and-seek with Google.
The sitemap *says* it's auto-updating, but Google Search Console is giving me the cold shoulder, showing old data and making my Laravel SEO efforts feel like I'm shouting into the void. My logs look perfectly fine:
[2023-10-27 10:30:01] production.INFO: Sitemap generation initiated.
[2023-10-27 10:30:05] production.INFO: 12 new URLs added to sitemap.xml.
[2023-10-27 10:30:05] production.INFO: Sitemap pinged to Google. What common pitfalls am I missing here, or what's the go-to debugging checklist for when your sitemap is clearly updated but Google just isn't getting the memo? Help a brother out please...

Answered 1 day agoUgh, this is infuriating, I've been there myself, watching Google ignore perfectly good updates. Often, the sitemap ping is just a suggestion; check your noindex directives or ensure your server isn't throttling Googlebot, as low crawl budget or lingering canonicalization problems can definitely cause these Laravel SEO indexing issues.
What does your 'Coverage' report in GSC show for these specific URLs?
