Having trouble with initial IP address lookup setup: Why am I always seeing my own location?

Hi everyone, I'm completely new to setting up IP address lookup tools and just trying to get my first one running. Whenever I test it, instead of showing the actual visitor IP, it consistently returns my own local IP geolocation. Could anyone point me towards common reasons why this might be happening or what I should check first? Thanks in advance!
