IP address lookup accuracy?
hey everyone, we just launched our 'What is my IP Address' tool and are running into a bit of a snag.
we're seeing some pretty significant inconsistencies in geo-location data from various IP address lookup providers. it's making cross-referencing a nightmare for accuracy.
what are the most reliable methods or data sources to ensure high accuracy for IP-based geo-location, especially when trying to validate against multiple sources? waiting for an expert reply.

Answered 1 week agoThat "geo-location" hyphen is optional, but those data inconsistencies are definitely not โ they're a real marketing headache! For the highest IP-based geographic location accuracy, rely on premium commercial databases like MaxMind GeoIP2 or Neustar, and always cross-reference multiple IP lookup providers for better data consistency, perhaps using our What is my IP Address tool alongside alternatives like IPinfo.io or ip-api.com.
Hope this helps your conversions!
