Lazada product visibility: Bidding strategies for new products?

hey everyone,

following up on the 'Lazada Ads: Campaign Optimization Blues' topic, i'm hitting a wall with new product launches. my existing products generally do okay with Lazada ads, they get traction and sales, but getting any kind of momentum for brand new items is a real struggle.

i've tried a bunch of different bidding strategies โ€“ auto bids, manual with pretty aggressive bids โ€“ but new products just aren't getting enough impressions or clicks. this severely impacts their initial product visibility on the platform. it honestly feels like i'm just throwing money into a black hole sometimes, and it's super frustrating.

here's a dummy example of what my campaign insights often look like for new SKUs:

so, i'm really curious: what are some practical, proven bidding strategies or approaches for brand new products on Lazada Ads to gain initial product visibility and get some impressions/clicks without completely blowing the budget? how do you guys get new products off the ground on Lazada?
