LSI keywords for semantic SEO?
0
hey guys, i'm kinda stuck trying to figure out LSI keywords for my new SaaS blog. i've been doing regular keyword research for a while, but LSI stuff feels a bit different and i'm not seeing the results i'd hoped for.
- Background: Just launched a new SaaS, focusing on content marketing. trying to rank for some competitive terms, especially for better semantic search visibility.
- What I've Tried:
- Used a few online LSI keyword generators (like LSI Graph, Twinword Ideas).
- Manually checked "related searches" on Google.
- Tried to sprinkle these keywords naturally into my articles, aiming for higher semantic SEO scores.
- The Problem/Failure:
- My content isn't ranking well for target terms, even after including LSI keywords.
- Google Search Console data isn't showing much improvement in impressions for related long-tail queries.
- Sometimes, i feel like i'm just adding synonyms, not truly related concepts that enhance semantic relevance.
- Example of a hypothetical "issue":
SEO_Analyzer_v1.2 Output: Article: "Mastering Cloud Hosting" Target Keyword: "Cloud Hosting Best Practices" LSI_Keywords_Detected: ["web hosting", "server management", "data centers"] LSI_Relevance_Score: 3.2/10 (Low) Recommendation: Improve contextual relevance.
- My Main Question: Am i misunderstanding LSI keywords entirely? what's the actual practical approach to finding and using them effectively for better semantic SEO, beyond just synonym stuffing? are there any specific tools or strategies that really make a difference for genuinely improving semantic search ranking?
- Closing: help a brother out please...
