promoted pins help, please!

hey everyone, just launched my small e-commerce store, it's all about handmade jewelry. i've heard everywhere that pinterest is like, the holy grail for visual products like mine, so i thought okay, let's jump into pinterest ads. but man, i'm a complete noob with pinterest ads, totally green. i'm really trying to figure out how to get my promoted pins to actually do something, anything! right now it just feels like i'm literally throwing my super limited money into a black hole. so far, i've tried setting up a couple of campaigns, just using the 'traffic' objective because that seemed simplest. i'm targeting pretty broad interests like 'jewelry' and 'handmade gifts'. i've uploaded a few really high-quality product photos, hoping they'd catch some eyes. my daily budget is super duper small, like $15-20, i really can't afford more right now. my impressions are super low, even with that tiny budget. i'm wondering if i'm doing something wrong with my targeting or maybe the bids? i'm getting almost no clicks, and definitely zero conversions, which is a real bummer. could my targeting be too broad? i'm also super confused about audience targeting beyond just basic interests. like, how do custom audiences or actalike audiences even work? are they even viable for a tiny new store like mine with no existing data? and what's the best bid strategy for a beginner with a super limited budget? is it manual bids or automatic? also, any tips for pin creative? should i be using videos, static images, or collages? what about text overlays on the pins? i really want to understand some promoted pins best practises. so my core question is, for a total beginner like me with a brand new e-commerce product and a really small budget, what are the absolute most critical, beginner-friendly strategies to get *any* initial traction and maybe even a few sales using promoted pins? i just desperately need to see *something* work, even just one sale would be amazing! i'd really appreciate any advice or resources you guys can share. thanks in advance!
