Hey everyone,

As our SaaS platform grows, so does the complexity of our infrastructure. Weโ€™re at a point where website maintenance and server management are becoming a real headache, taking up way too much of my dev team's time. We've been handling most of our cPanel management in-house, but lately, we're seeing intermittent issues that are really stressing us out. For instance, our automated cPanel backups have been failing randomly, leading to manual checks and interventions. It's usually something like this in the logs:

[2023-10-26 03:00:01] ERROR: cPanel backup failed for user 'myuser'\n[2023-10-26 03:00:01] REASON: Insufficient disk space or permission denied.
This kind of stuff keeps popping up, and it's clear we need a more robust solution, perhaps even considering proper managed services for our infrastructure.

So, I'm reaching out to the community: what reliable tools, best practices, or specific services are you all using for effective cPanel management and website maintenance, especially as your SaaS scales? Any recommendations for third-party providers or strategies to streamline these operations would be super helpful. Help a brother out please...
