hey folks, just launched our SaaS a few months ago and things are picking up, which is great! but it also means our server upkeep and general website maintenance tasks are getting heavier. right now, we handle all the cPanel stuff and server checks ourselves, which is starting to eat into dev time.
we're trying to figure out the best way to keep things running smooth without hiring someone full-time or completely burning out our existing team. i'm thinking about options like dedicated maintenance services or even just better internal processes.
what are your thoughts on the most cost-effective and secure strategies for managing server upkeep and cPanel for a growing SaaS?
