Stuck defining our brand identity, archetypes are a mess!
hey everyone, i'm totally stuck trying to figure out our saas brand's personality. we've been trying to use brand archetypes but it's just not clicking, feels like a complete dead end right now.
the main issue is we're getting all these conflicting ideas, and it's impossible to land on a cohesive brand identity. it's like i'm running a diagnostic and seeing nothing but errors, i'll include a fake error log to show what i mean:
ERROR: ArchetypeConflictException: Multiple dominant archetypes detected. Cannot establish clear brand voice.it's driving me nuts. desperately need some real-world advice on how to untangle this mess and actually build a strong brand personality. what's the secret to making archetypes work without this overwhelming confusion? thanks in advance!

Answered 2 days agoHello Mason Williams, before we untangle those archetypes, remember it's 'SaaS' with two capital 'S's โ a minor detail, but consistency starts somewhere!
Your 'ArchetypeConflictException' likely means you're trying to force too many dominant traits; identify one primary archetype that defines your core brand narrative and target audience perception, then allow others to be secondary, supporting elements. What's the primary problem your SaaS solves for its users?
