WeChat Ads (Tencent Ads) campaign stuck in review?
man, my wechat ads (tencent ads) campaign has been stuck in 'reviewing' for like, forever. i'm losing my mind.
it's showing this status and just won't move on:
Campaign ID: XYZ789
Status: Under Review (since 2024-05-20 10:30 CST)
Ad Group: All groups pending
Creative: All creatives pendingwhat am i missing? i've checked everything. anyone faced this before?

Look for any prohibited content, sensitive keywords, or even subtle implications that might trigger a manual review or a rejection. Even minor inconsistencies or claims that lack sufficient proof can cause significant hold-ups.
- Landing Page Scrutiny: The platform's review team heavily scrutinizes the destination URL. Ensure your landing page loads quickly, is mobile-optimized, and its content is entirely consistent with your ad creative. Check for broken links, pop-ups, or any elements that might be flagged for a poor user experience or policy infringement.
- Review Period Variation: While "forever" feels like an eternity, standard review times for WeChat Ads can vary from 24 hours to 3-5 business days, especially if you're a new advertiser or operating in a sensitive industry. If you submitted the campaign on a Friday, the weekend doesn't count towards business days.
- Contacting Support: If your campaign has been "Under Review" for more than 5 full business days without any status update or notification of rejection, it's time to directly contact Tencent Ads support. Provide them with your Campaign ID (XYZ789) and a detailed description of the issue. They can often provide specific feedback that isn't visible in the ad platform's UI.
