we're running 'Laravel Quick Fix & Consultation' and i'm absolutely pulling my hair out trying to fix this one critical issue. it's completely blocking our dev workflow and everything feels stuck.

the main problem is that almost all our artisan commands just stopped working properly today. things like php artisan migrate or php artisan cache:clear, they either hang indefinitely or throw really cryptic errors that don't make sense. it's not even consistent. i mean, one minute it's fine, the next it's just bricked, you know?

i've tried literally everything i can think of: running composer install again, clearing compiled views, optimizing the app, checking folder permissions (they seem fine, 775 for storage/bootstrap/cache), restarting the entire server, even tried a fresh clone of the repo and it still happens. it feels like some deep configuration issue or a weird php module conflict, but i can't pinpoint it. i've checked the php error logs too, nothing obvious standing out. it's just silence or those weird nesting errors.

sometimes i get a "Maximum function nesting level of '256' reached" error, other times it just hangs without any output. it's driving me insane because it was working perfectly fine yesterday. we didn't deploy anything major, just some small feature changes, nothing that should break the core artisan cli like this. has anyone ever run into something like this where artisan commands just decide to go on strike? what should i even look at next, i'm completely out of ideas here
