hey everyone,

i just launched my first saas and it's actually starting to get some traction, which is super exciting! because of this, i'm now looking at more robust hosting providers than what i started with. but here's where i'm totally stuck: all these hosting companies have different 'service level agreement' (SLA) documents and terms.

i'm a total newbie to this stuff and honestly, i don't really get what to look for beyond the big uptime percentage. like, what about guaranteed response times for issues? or actual compensation if things go wrong and my app is down? it all feels a bit overwhelming and some of the language is kinda dense.

so, how do i, as a beginner, properly evaluate and compare these service level agreements? what are the critical things i should be looking for to protect my app and users, especially since i'm on a tight budget and don't have a legal team to review these things? any tips on how to cut through the jargon would be amazing.

thanks in advance!
