Desperate: my Laravel SEO dynamic XML sitemap is empty after cache clear, totally stuck!

i'm completely stuck with our dynamic XML sitemap for Laravel. it was working perfectly, now it's just an empty file.
every time i run
php artisan cache:clearor any related commands, my Laravel SEO sitemap gets wiped and doesn't regenerate.i've been trying to fix this for hours, anyone faced this before?
