my IP geolocation tool is acting a bit weird

hey team, i'm seeing some really odd behavior with my ip lookup tool lately, especially around geolocation. it's like it can't quite make up its mind where an ip address actually is.

i get these inconsistent results, and the console sometimes spits out stuff like this:

[WARN] GeoLocationService: Inconsistent data for IP 192.168.1.100
[INFO] Attempting fallback for 192.168.1.100...
[ERROR] GeoProvider-A returned 'USA, California'
[ERROR] GeoProvider-B returned 'Canada, Ontario'
[DEBUG] IP_LOOKUP_TOOL: Resolved 192.168.1.100 to 'Unknown Region'

has anyone else experiencd their ip tools getting confused like this? what gives?
