My Laravel SEO sitemap went rogue?

I just integrated the 'Dynamic XML Sitemap for Laravel' tool, genuinely hoping for some sweet automated Laravel SEO goodness. You know, set it and forget it, watch the rankings climb. But it seems my sitemap has decided to get a bit... creative with the URLs it's generating. Instead of clean, predictable paths, I'm seeing some truly odd duplicates or incorrect base paths for certain models.

For instance, pages that should clearly be /blog/post-title are sometimes showing up as just /post-title or even doing the double-slash dance like /blog//post-title. It's like the sitemap is having an identity crisis, or perhaps a minor existential one. Here’s a snippet of what I’m seeing in the generated XML:

Has anyone experienced similar quirks with dynamic sitemaps in Laravel, especially regarding base URL or route prefixing? Any ideas on where to start looking to rein in this digital wild child?
