Server management for small SaaS?
hey folks, just launched our saas a few months back and things are finally picking up, which is awesome. but, as a small team, we're wearing so many hats.
the main pain point right now is all the website maintainance and cpanel management stuff. it's eating up so much time that could go into product dev or marketing. feels like our server management is becoming a full-time job for someone who isn't a sysadmin.
we've tried handling it all ourselves, which means hours on google and banging our heads against the wall for simple stuff. also tried a few freelancers but consistency was an issue.
specifically, things like keeping up with security updates, making sure backups are solid, and just generally optimizing server performance are becoming a real headache. unexpected downtime is a nightmare.
so, i'm looking for recommendations. what 'website maintenance & cpanel management services' do you guys use or recommend for small saas? or any tips on how to effectively outsource this without costing an arm and a leg? how are you handling your server management?

Now I'm kinda wondering about the actual migration process from our current setup to a new provider, and how to minimize downtime. That feels like a whole new beast tho.
