urgent: why is my keyword tool showing zero search volume data for highly relevant terms?

man, i'm completely stuck trying to fix my ongoing keyword analysis problems, especially with this paid keyword research tool i'm using. its driving me absolutely insane. the tool is consistently showing zero search volume data for alot of keywords that i know for a fact are highly relevant to my niche and definitely have traffic. i've even done some quick manual SERP analysis, and these terms are clearly active. this isn't just a few obscure terms either; these are core terms for my app, things people search for all the time. it makes absolutely no sense and i've been pulling my hair out trying to figure it out for hours, honestly.

i've tried everything i can think of: checked different regions, messed with various filters, even cross-referenced with google's own keyword planner (which shows some data, but its not perfectly aligned with what i'd expect for these terms). i've also re-checked my api keys and account settings, thinking maybe it's a subscription issue or something simple like that, but everything looks fine on that front too. i just don't get it. has anyone ever faced this kind of bizarre discrepancy with their search volume data in a keyword tool? what did you do to fix it? i'm desperate for any insights, seriously.
