Why is my keyword density tool breaking on content optimization?

I am seriously pulling my hair out right now! I've been trying to use our 'Keyword Density & Frequency Checker' tool for what feels like an eternity today, and it just keeps breaking. I'm utterly frustrated because it's specifically failing when I'm trying to perform a comprehensive content optimization analysis on longer pieces of text.
