xml sitemap generation tool keeps erroring out, help?

hey everyone, i'm pretty new to all this and just trying to use the 'Free XML Sitemap Generator' tool for my site. it keeps giving me an error right when it's supposed to be doing the sitemap generaton, almost like it chokes during the initial website crawling phase. below is the console output; just wondering if anyone else has faced this before or knows what i might be doing wrong?
ERROR: SitemapGenerationException: Failed to crawl URL: https://www.myexample.com/somepage - Connection timed out after 30000 ms.

Check your server's health and security rules; then retry with our Free XML Sitemap Generator or alternatives like Screaming Frog or Ahrefs Site Audit.

Answered 1 week agookay so the server load was definitely it, cleared it up and the generator actually ran! But now it's missing like half my pages, super weird...
